Project Manager in the Automotive Industry

A complex training module that will prepare your employees for the position of Project Manager or Project Team member. Passing the exam, the training participants will get ABP Management certificate „Project Manager in the Automotive Industry“.

(n.b. if necessary, ABP Management offers the service of Project Management system  and Guidelines creation – EXP-01 Elaboration of Project Management System)

  • Work Breakdown Structure, RASIC, Roll-out matrix
  • Project risk analysis, Lessons Learned
  • Master Plan creation
  • PERT, Critical Path
  • Project resource plan creation
  • Project cost plan creation

Module II

Project Quality Assurance

  • Project Quality Assurance definition
  • Customer specific requirements
    • Examples of STELLANTIS, VW Group, Renault-Nissan
  • Concept of Special and Critical Characteristics
  • DVP&R
  • FMEA
  • Control plan, Regulation charts
  • MSA (focus on R&R method)
  • SPC
  • Process capacity assurance
  • PPAP/PPF/PSW

Module III

Project Management Processes

  • Process of communication and documentation management
  • Process of project start
  • Process of project controlling (QCD objectives)
  • Process of project end
  • Final examination

Duration: Module I (2 days), Module II (2 days), Module III (1 day + 1 day examination)
