The required competences for the Project Logistics differ a lot from the competences for the Mass production logistics specialist, even if those responsibilities are often cumulated and serial logistics also launches new projects. When he or she has time to do it. The knowledge of project management basics, milestones, understanding and planning of logistics activities, efficient internal (within the project team) and external (customer/suppliers) communication are all necessary skills for project logistics. At the same time the training module offers to the Project Managers understanding what is it really – Logistics.
