STELLANTIS Problem Solving (Licensed STELLANTIS)

Problem solving is one of the essential skills of specialists working in the automotive industry on all positions. Even if the problem solving tools and methods are interdisciplinary and not customer specific, STELLANTIS objective is to improve the problem solving system in supplier organizations and its rigid application in case of an issue. For this reason the specific training program was created in the framework of STELLANTIS – ABP MANAGEMENT partnership. The program defines STELLANTIS expectations on supplier problem solving system, other customer specific requirements and their application on projects (e.g. in case of a claim).

 

Your needs are:

  • Get a detailed understanding of STELLANTIS requirements on supplier problem solving system.
  • Correctly apply the problem solving tools & methods to avoid repeated problems.
  • Be aware of STELLANTIS requirements in case of 0km and warranty claims.
