STELLANTIS CAT TOOL (Licensed STELLANTIS)

In 2022 STELLANTIS harmonized the PCAT (ex-PSA) and PDR (ex-FCA) tools and created a new system for supplier process capacity assurance called Capacity Assessement Tool (CAT). This practical training program covers all customer standards the supplier shall respect on STELLANTIS projects starting from the RFQ phase up to the project SOP milestone to meet STELLANTIS requirements. The 1st training day is focused on the explanation of standards, the 2nd day (optional) on CAT Case Study.

 

Your needs are:

  • Understand customer definition of capacity needs, supplier production time (standard opening time, maximum opening time), capacity steps
  • Correctly manage the customer requirements on process capacity starting from the project RFQ phase
  • Be aware of the process capacity deliverables to be submitted during the project phase
  • Be able to use the CAT tool and fill out all requested information
  • Optimize your CAPEX and identify potential savings

  • Special cases – labour intensive, CAPEX intensive projects
  • Case Study – simulation of CAT management over an APQP project (process point of view), preparation of a simulated CAT audit or a CAT audit with real supplier data

Duration:  2 days
