  • INCOTERM 2010 – detailed explanation of the main terms for the automotive industry (FCA, ExW, DAP) + overview of all others
  • Standard logistics positions and responsibilities
  • Logistics as a part of company organizational structure

Project logistics – 0,75 day

  • Logistics definition for a new project
  • Logistics cost calculation in project RFQ phase
  • Investment planning based on logistics cost calculation
  • WBS and standard logistics tasks on an automotive project
  • Standard project phases/milestones in the automotive industry
  • Project team and communication over the project, cooperation of logistics with Project Team Members
  • Project risk analysis for logistics
  • Project Master Schedule (logistics tasks planning)

Customer logistics – 0,5 day

  • Customer orders/forecasts, flexibility, contractual capacity

  • Delivery of Spare Parts

Expedition and transport (focus on FCA supplier) – 0,5 day

  • Process of expedition preparation and standardization

MODULE III:

Packaging – 1 day

  • Types of packaging in the automotive industry

  • Use of alternative packaging – general rules

Final exam – 0,25 day

To get the Training certificate the trainee must pass the final exam, 65% of the final score being the minimum.

Duration: 6 days (3 modules, each of them takes 2 days)

In case of 2 or more participants from the same plant we offer 10% discount on the second and all other participants. Refreshment and lunch are included in the training price.
